Solvkroken Kot Minnow SW are sinking wobblers designed for sea trout, garfish and other predators targeted in saltwater conditions. The slim body shape, stable swimming action and excellent casting performance make this series highly effective for fishing beaches, rocky shorelines and shallow coastal areas.
The series was created specifically for active saltwater spinning. Kot Minnow SW reacts aggressively to twitching and short rod jerks while still maintaining stable action during steady retrieves.
Sea wobblers for shore sea trout fishing
Kot Minnow SW features a weight transfer system that improves casting distance and accuracy, which is especially important when fishing from the shore in windy coastal conditions. Once in the water, the lure stabilizes quickly and tracks consistently even during faster retrieves.
During twitching, the lure makes sharp side flashes and reacts dynamically to rod movements. Pauses and stop&go retrieves often trigger aggressive strikes from following fish.

The Kot Minnow SW series was developed mainly for sea trout fishing, but it also performs very well for garfish and other active predators feeding in shallow coastal water.
The 0.4–0.8 m running depth makes the lure ideal for covering shallow coastal zones, rocky reefs and areas where baitfish stay close to the surface.
Stable swimming action and strong saltwater hardware
Kot Minnow SW is equipped with strong BKK treble hooks designed for saltwater fishing. The body uses a lead-free construction, while the colour range includes both natural baitfish patterns and more aggressive trigger finishes.
The slim profile and natural swimming action make Kot Minnow SW effective throughout the entire sea trout season, both with slower retrieves and more aggressive twitching techniques.
Solvkroken
The company Solvkroken was established in Skien in 1930. Spesial no. 40 immediately became a great success, and is still one of our best-selling saltwater jig lures. The business expanded and needed larger premises, and in 1954,
Sølvkroken moved to the centre of Arendal. Sea fishing became increasingly popular, and in 1976, the company built new and larger premises at Stoa industrial park right outside Arendal, where we now are located.
Solvkroken is currently a modern enterprise with approximately 60 employees. It is a leading total supplier of angling equipment. We are still manufacturing our lures and jigs at Stoa. Several of our employees are keen
anglers who continually develop new and improved products. The production of lures is, to a large extent, still a handicraft where decor, eye, hook and split ring are assembled manually.
