Spinning weights with snap designed for arming all kinds of soft lures, in connection with offset hook or the system with so called “corkscrew“. They consist of lead, round weight and immersed in it steel wire, bent at right angle. The wire is formed in one side in the shape of an eye which is fastened to the hook link and in the other side in the shape of snap which allows quick change of the lure. We resigned from popular, removable wire because of its low level of security during fighting big fish.
Thanks to mobile connection of the weight with offset hook, the lure gets more natural movement which provokes the attack of the predator better, especialy in the last, decisive moment. It can work in each direction, not only in the line of the hook as in the classic jig head. In the last phase of the drop, when the weight touches the bottom, the soft lure falls slower, thanks to loose placement of the hook on the snap.
