Guideline HD Sonic are durable breathable waders designed for frequent wading and fly fishing. The construction combines a lighter 3-layer fabric above the waist with a more hardwearing 4-layer fabric in the lower section. The entire wader has a waterproof rating of 20,000 mm. The extra-high cut is suitable for deeper wading and coastal fishing.
The vertically adjustable Elevator™ Braces allow the upper section to be lowered quickly, converting the waders to a waist-high configuration for greater comfort on warmer days and while hiking. The construction uses high-frequency ultrasonic welding, while articulated knees and a specially designed crotch improve freedom of movement.
The waders feature a high-positioned front pocket and an additional inner pocket, both fitted with YKK AquaGuard® zippers. The manufacturer notes that the zippers are not waterproof, so the pockets are not suitable for protecting mobile phones or other electronic equipment from water.
