Siek Skiper is a series of sinking lures designed primarily for twitching, while also working well with a classic steady retrieve. When retrieved evenly they have a subtle action, but short rod twitches completely change the way they move.
Side-to-side darts with strong flashing
When twitched, Skiper darts sharply from side to side while strongly flashing its flanks. This combination of irregular movement and bright flashes imitates a disoriented or escaping baitfish and can effectively trigger predatory fish into striking.
For trout, perch, chub and ide
The smaller Skiper variants are well suited to targeting trout, perch, chub and ide. They can be worked with either a steady retrieve or a sequence of short twitches, allowing the presentation to be adjusted to fish activity and water conditions.
Also for asp and pike
The larger models can also be used when targeting asp and pike. Their dynamic side-to-side darts and pronounced flashing are especially useful when predators respond to a lure that rapidly changes direction.

The current range includes 5 cm Skiper models weighing 3 g as well as larger variants weighing 6 and 8 g. Fishing depth can be controlled by the sinking time and retrieve style, making it possible to cover different layers of the water. The lures are fitted with high-quality BKK treble hooks.

Siek is a Polish manufacturer of handmade fishing lures, with a range designed for many predatory fish species. The collection includes small lures for chub, ide, trout and perch, as well as larger models for asp, pike, zander, sea trout and catfish.

The brand was created by Marek Wieczorek and has been developed around practical angling experience and traditional craftsmanship. Siek lures are handmade, while individual models are designed for specific fishing conditions, target species and styles of retrieve.
From surface lures to deep-running models
The Siek range is highly varied. It includes small surface and insect-style lures such as Smyk and Osa, river lures for chub, ide and trout, as well as larger models intended for pike and zander. Shallow-running and deep-running versions are also available, making it easier to match the lure to the depth and character of the water.
Lures for chub, trout, asp and larger predators
The Siek range includes models developed for particular species and fishing techniques. Siga is designed with asp fishing in mind, while smaller models such as Gupik, Bzyk, Różanka, Smyk and Osa are well suited to light river fishing. Series such as Okonek, Krąp, Płoć and Ukleja also include lures intended for larger predatory fish.
For rivers, lakes, spinning and trolling
A wide choice of sizes, buoyancy types and running depths makes Siek lures suitable for both rivers and stillwaters. The range includes models for conventional spinning, fishing in stronger current, working close to the surface and covering deeper areas. Some of the larger models can also be used for trolling.
Hand-painted lures with individual character
Siek lures are available in a broad range of colours and feature distinctive handmade finishes. The range includes both natural patterns that imitate small baitfish and more contrasting colour schemes suited to difficult fishing conditions.
