Kime was created for situations where larger or more aggressive lures stop producing results. Its delicate action and subtle vibrations help trigger strikes even on heavily pressured waters.
Small wobblers with subtle and natural action
The slim 4.2 cm body works with a soft and natural movement, producing delicate vibrations that are especially effective in clear water conditions. Instead of aggressive action, the lure imitates a calm or weakened baitfish.
Kime performs very well with slower retrieves, short lifts and stop&go presentation. It is a lure designed for precise fishing around difficult spots and calmer sections of water.

The lure performs equally well in small rivers and still waters. It becomes especially effective in colder and clearer water, when fish are more cautious toward larger lures.
Long casting and precise lure control
Despite its compact size, Kime features a weight transfer system that improves casting distance and accuracy. This allows anglers to cover more water and place the lure precisely near overhangs, rocks and shoreline structure.
Kime is equipped with strong BKK treble hooks and an internal rattle system generating a subtle sound that helps attract predatory fish.
Solvkroken
The company Solvkroken was established in Skien in 1930. Spesial no. 40 immediately became a great success, and is still one of our best-selling saltwater jig lures. The business expanded and needed larger premises, and in 1954,
Sølvkroken moved to the centre of Arendal. Sea fishing became increasingly popular, and in 1976, the company built new and larger premises at Stoa industrial park right outside Arendal, where we now are located.
Solvkroken is currently a modern enterprise with approximately 60 employees. It is a leading total supplier of angling equipment. We are still manufacturing our lures and jigs at Stoa. Several of our employees are keen
anglers who continually develop new and improved products. The production of lures is, to a large extent, still a handicraft where decor, eye, hook and split ring are assembled manually.
