Solvkroken Kot Minnow are slim sinking wobblers designed for trout, perch and other freshwater predators. The series was created for long casting, stable swimming action and an aggressive response to twitching techniques.
Kot Minnow performs very well both in rivers and lakes. Thanks to the balanced construction, the lure tracks steadily during straight retrieves, while its full potential appears during short rod jerks and stop&go presentation.
Kot Minnow reacts instantly to rod movements and makes sharp side flashes that imitate a panicked or injured baitfish. During pauses, the lure sinks naturally, often triggering strikes immediately after the retrieve stops.
The model performs exceptionally well with twitching techniques, but it is equally effective during slower straight retrieves. Its stable swimming action also allows comfortable fishing in river current.
The Kot Minnow series was developed mainly for trout and perch fishing, but it also works very well for chub, ide and smaller pike. Multiple size options make it easy to match the lure to different fishing conditions and fish activity levels.
The 0.4–0.8 m running depth makes the lure ideal for covering shallow flats, rocky banks, river runs and nearshore structure.
The built-in weight transfer system improves casting distance and accuracy, which is especially useful when fishing larger rivers or casting into the wind. Once in the water, the lure quickly stabilizes and keeps a clean tracking action.
Kot Minnow is equipped with strong BKK treble hooks and available in colours inspired by natural baitfish as well as more aggressive trigger patterns.
