Guideline Predator Evolve is a series of fly lines developed for large streamers, deceivers and pike flies. They are also well suited to streamer fishing and inshore fishing along the coast. The lines are built on a low-stretch braided multifilament nylon Direct Contact core with a breaking strength of 30 lb. They feature strong factory-made loops at both ends, an 11 m head including a 3 m back taper, and a total length of 30 m.
The Floating version has a low-diameter floating head and a well-balanced running line, helping with distance casting while wading, turnover in headwinds and casting from a boat.
The Hover/Intermediate version features a 6 m Hover/Intermediate front section with a sink rate of 30 sec/m. A short floating belly and floating running line help balance the line in the water column.
The Sink1/Sink3 version is a double-density line for fishing at depths of around 2–5 m. Its aggressive taper and increasing density towards the tip help keep the line at the desired depth for longer during the retrieve.
