Hunter Spirit are sinking lures designed primarily for asp fishing in large rivers. Their key feature is a tight, fast and flashing action that closely resembles the movement of a fleeing bleak.
Spirit works well with both slow and very fast retrieves. This makes it easy to adapt the presentation to asp activity and changing river conditions, from calmer flows to stronger current.
In spring and summer, Spirit is especially worth trying around current seams and turbulent water below groynes. In autumn it can also be effective in calmer back currents and along the boundary between faster and slower water.
The sides of the lure feature a scale pattern and glitter that reflect subtle flashes in different directions. Combined with the realistic profile and flashing action, this helps create the impression of a small baitfish escaping from a predator.
Spirit is well balanced and stable during the retrieve, while its design makes it suitable for covering large areas of big rivers. Although asp are the main target species, pike and chub are also common by-catches.

Hunter is a Polish fishing lure brand with roots in handcrafted lure making. Production of Hunter lures began in 2009, while Hunter Polska was established in 2010.
The Hunter range includes a wide selection of spinning lures designed for different predatory fish. It includes lures for asp, trout, chub, ide, pike and zander, as well as small surface lures, river models, lipless lures and jerkbaits.
