Savage Gear SGS2 Offshore Plug is a range of sea rods designed for offshore casting with poppers, jigs and large, heavy hard and soft lures. The models are 2.50–2.59 m long, cover casting weights from 20 to 150 g and all feature a Fast action.The powerful reinforced blanks allow effective lure control when jerking, twitching, popping and cast jigging, while also providing the power needed when fighting large saltwater fish. The blanks are made from high-modulus Toray carbon fibre.The rods are equipped with SeaGuide Gold Label reel seats, SeaGuide Gunsmoke SW guides, CCS guide setting and tough EVA handles. A rod bag is included.
