Hunter Furia is a specialist series of sinking lipless lures designed primarily for asp feeding in the lower layers of the water. It is intended for situations when fish are holding deeper rather than hunting close to the surface.
Furia can be worked differently from a typical asp lure retrieved quickly high in the water. One of the recommended approaches is to let the lure sink towards the bottom, then lift it and use the following drop and gliding phase as an important part of the presentation.
This retrieve allows deeper parts of the water column to be covered more effectively, especially when asp are not actively feeding near the surface. Instead of keeping the lure at one level, it can be worked upwards from the lower layers with a series of lifts and controlled drops.
Furia is designed for a more deliberate style of fishing in which the lift, drop and glide are all part of the presentation. This makes it particularly useful when targeting asp holding deeper than they do during typical surface feeding activity.

Hunter is a Polish fishing lure brand with roots in handcrafted lure making. Production of Hunter lures began in 2009, while Hunter Polska was established in 2010.
