Hunter Fanatic is a sinking lipless lure designed primarily for asp feeding deeper in the water. Its key feature is the distinctive action during lifts and on the drop, allowing it to be fished not only close to the surface but also through mid-water and several metres down.
Fanatic can be worked much like a soft lure. When lifted, the whole body produces fast, strong vibrations before the lure moves into the drop. Instead of falling vertically, it glides, moves slightly from side to side and changes direction as it sinks, remaining attractive to predatory fish throughout the descent.
This action resembles a weakened or injured baitfish trying to escape before losing strength and dropping again. It is an especially interesting presentation for cautious asp that do not always respond to a lure retrieved quickly high in the water.

Fanatic also gives the angler excellent control over fishing depth. The retrieve can be started almost immediately after the lure hits the water, or the lure can be allowed to sink before beginning the lift-and-drop presentation. This makes it possible to cover both the upper layers and asp holding considerably deeper.
The range includes 7 cm models weighing 10 and 15 g, plus 9 cm models weighing 16, 21 and 26 g. The different weight options allow the rate of fall and fishing depth to be matched to the conditions and the depth at which the fish are feeding.

Hunter is a Polish fishing lure brand with roots in handcrafted lure making. Production of Hunter lures began in 2009, while Hunter Polska was established in 2010.
The Hunter range includes a wide selection of spinning lures designed for different predatory fish. It includes lures for asp, trout, chub, ide, pike and zander, as well as small surface lures, river models, lipless lures and jerkbaits.
Individual series are developed for specific fishing styles and conditions – from subtle presentations with small chub and trout lures, through surface fishing for asp, to heavier lures for pike and zander. This makes it possible to choose a Hunter lure for rivers, lakes or Trout Area fisheries.
