Lucky John Basara 3D Soft Swim is a range of slim paddle-tail soft lures with the realistic profile of a small baitfish. The available 63 mm (2.5 in), 89 mm (3.5 in) and 127 mm (5 in) sizes allow the lure to be matched to perch, zander and pike as well as the size of the natural forage present in the venue.
The tapered body and paddle tail produce a smooth, clearly visible action during both steady retrieves and the fall. The tail starts working at low speed, making Basara 3D Soft Swim suitable for slowly covering a selected area as well as searching larger sections of water at a faster pace.
Realistic 3D detailing, clearly defined body features and a holographic finish give the lure the appearance of a natural baitfish. As it moves, the surface produces changing flashes that can imitate light reflecting from the scales of fleeing prey.
Basara 3D Soft Swim works well on a standard jig head. It can be presented with short lifts followed by controlled drops when fishing drop-offs, channels, underwater humps and harder areas of bottom regularly occupied by zander and perch.
