The new Saltiga 12-Braid Multi-Color from DAIWA offers noticeable improvements compared to the previous models and impresses with its outstanding abrasion resistance, extreme breaking strength and improved casting distances.
The innovative "Muscle PE" braiding process provides an extremely round and tight braided round structure that leaves almost no empty spaces inside the braid compared to conventional 12-braids and thus significantly reduces the absorption of water and moisture into the interior – the durability and performance is significantly increased.
By using a newly innovated "Tough PE" fiber, which is slightly thicker and rounder than conventional PE fibers, the strength and especially the abrasion resistance are increased enormously and offers greater durability, especially for fishing in risky structures.
The new "EVO+ Silicone3" coating provides an extremely smooth surface that feels almost like a monofilament line and reduces friction during casts as well as noise.
