DAM Quick Intenze FS reels feature a free-spool system and are designed for feeder fishing and a wide range of ledgering techniques. Their practical construction makes them suitable for fishing with rods placed on rests, including longer sessions and occasional carp fishing.
The free-spool switch allows the spool to release line with minimal resistance and can be quickly disengaged when a fish takes the bait. During the fight, the quick-drag system makes it easier to adjust the braking force to the tackle used and the way the fish is moving.
The mechanism runs on 5+1 steel bearings and includes an instant anti-reverse bearing. A lightweight graphite body and rotor are combined with a strong yet light aluminium bail arm and a CNC-machined aluminium handle fitted with an ergonomic soft-touch knob.
DAM Quick Intenze FS reels come with an aluminium main spool suitable for both monofilament and braided lines. A spare graphite spool is also included, allowing a second line with a different diameter or purpose to be prepared in advance.
