DOHIKU HDO hooks. These barbless hooks have been specially designed and developed for "blood worm flies" according to the requirements of centuries of tested fly shapes by over fly fishermen from behind the Lamanche Canal/ English channel/, where was born the wet fly fishing. Our consultant was Mr. Bill Eadie. HUGE THANK! The shape of the hooks shows the bending and movement of aquatic animals and the special for the twisting of worms. These hooks are improved form for free-floating flies. The shape of these hooks is unique in its balanced shape and also allows the imitation of flies as well as leeches, crustaceans, and larvae of flies as well as hydropsyche larvae, of course, as well as terrestrial insects.

Alojz Donoval and Kamil Kubicek have been producing DOHIKU Barbless Hooks since 2006. Their friend, Igor Hribik, was the first to fish and to test the DOHIKU hooks, lending much important feedback on the quality of the hooks. Together these Slovak fly fishermen designed the hooks distinctive shape and through their shared knowledge and experience created a unique, original barbless hooks. Fly fishing is more than just fishing for these men; it is their way of life and passion. The hooks have evolved since the original design and this development continues with much enthusiasm.
