The MIX2 and MIX3 options offer different colour combinations, allowing anglers to choose a selection suited to their preferences and fishing conditions.
Lucky John Ultra Worm is a slender, ribbed soft plastic lure with a thin, flexible tail. Lucky John Ultra Worm is a slender, ribbed soft plastic lure with a thin, flexible tail. Unlike conventional paddle tail lures, it has very little action of its own, making rod movements and retrieve techniques particularly important. Gentle twitches, short lifts and pauses create subtle movements that can be especially useful when targeting cautious or less active perch.
The Ultra Worm can be fished with small jig heads, articulated weights and dropper rigs. It is particularly suitable for slow presentations close to the bottom, combining short rod tip movements with longer pauses. This approach allows anglers to work specific areas thoroughly and adjust the lure's movement to the activity level of the fish.
The lures are made from a soft, flexible material containing salt and a squid-scented attractant. The ribbed body and thin tail respond to even small rod movements, allowing subtle presentations with light weights. With a length of 2 inches (5 cm) and an approximate weight of 1 g per lure, Ultra Worm is well suited to fishing with small soft plastics.
The Lucky John Pro Series Ultra Worm Mix 2.0 range is available in two colour assortments: MIX2 and MIX3. Each set contains three different lure colours, making it easy to change presentations during a fishing session without purchasing several separate packs.
Lucky John Ultra Worm Mix is a practical choice for anglers targeting perch in lakes, reservoirs and rivers. The combination of different colours, a subtle lure action and several rigging options makes these soft plastic sets suitable for a variety of light spinning techniques.
Lucky John
Lucky John is best known for its wide range of spinning lures designed for perch, zander, pike, trout and other predatory fish. The range includes soft lures, wobblers, inline spinners and spoons that can be matched to different venues, fishing depths and retrieval styles.
Soft lures make up the largest part of the Lucky John range. It includes classic paddle-tail lures, slim profiles for jigging, curly-tail grubs, fork-tail lures, worms and imitations of creatures living close to the bottom. Series such as Tioga, Joco Shaker, S-Shad Tail, Makora, Kubira and Hogy Hog allow anglers to select the right action and size for rivers, lakes and reservoirs.
Lucky John wobblers include small models for trout, chub and perch, as well as larger lures designed for pike and zander. Depending on their construction, they can be retrieved steadily, worked with sharp twitches or used to explore deeper parts of the water column.
The range is complemented by inline spinners and spoons suitable for fishing in current, still waters and trout fisheries. Different sizes and profiles make it possible to choose a lure for slow presentations as well as faster searching retrieves.
Lucky John also offers a limited selection of spinning rods, which form a small addition to the brand’s extensive lure range.
The Lucky John range includes lures for light perch and trout fishing, classic jigging for zander and more powerful spinning for pike. When choosing a lure, it is worth considering the fishing depth, retrieval speed, size of the natural prey and current activity of the fish.
