DAM Nova is a series of trolling rods designed for fishing from boats and other watercraft. The rods are available in lengths of 2.10 m and 2.40 m, with both models featuring 12–25 lb power, Moderate Fast action and a two-piece construction. These rods are intended for trolling, a fishing technique that involves pulling lures behind a moving boat. Their characteristics help anglers maintain control over the rig while trolling and respond effectively to strikes from predatory fish. The available lengths allow anglers to choose a rod according to the size of their boat, the positioning of rod holders and their preferred trolling setup.

DAM Nova Trolling rods can be used with appropriately selected wobblers and other lures designed to be pulled behind a boat. The Moderate Fast action combines a relatively quick blank response with a more progressive bend under load, helping absorb sudden movements from fish and maintain line tension during the fight. The 12–25 lb power rating is an important consideration when selecting a trolling setup and allows anglers to match the rod to their intended fishing conditions. The shorter model is easier to handle in limited space, while the longer version provides greater reach beyond the side of the boat. The two-piece construction makes the rods easier to transport and store between fishing trips.
The DAM Nova Trolling series includes two models with identical 12–25 lb power ratings and Moderate Fast action. The 2.10 m version weighs 318 g, consists of two sections and has a transport length of 111 cm. It is a practical choice for trolling from smaller boats, where comfortable rod handling is particularly important. The 2.40 m model weighs 353 g, also features a two-piece construction and has a transport length of 127 cm. The additional 30 cm of length can help keep the lure farther away from the boat and provide better separation between fishing lines when trolling with multiple rods. Both versions offer the same power rating, so the choice mainly depends on the preferred rod length and fishing conditions. DAM Nova Trolling is a series for anglers looking for rods designed to target predatory fish by trolling from a boat.
